摘  要:目的探讨食管鳞癌中CD105的表达及其标记的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)和cyclinD1表达与食管鳞癌临床病理因素和预后的相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测80例食管鳞癌中CD105和cyclinD1的表达,并对CD105标记的MVD进行图像分析记数。结果 80例食管鳞癌、10例正常食管组织CD105标记的MVD均数分别为36.363±8.227、9.900±2.331,食管鳞癌组明显高于正常食管组(P<0.01)。80例食管鳞癌中cyclinD1阳性率为61.25%。CD105标记的MVD值和cyclinD1表达阳性率与淋巴结转移、TNM分期均呈正相关(P<0.01)。单因素(Logrank)检验结显示食管鳞癌CD105标记的MVD和cyclinD1是影响其预后的因素(P<0.05)。多因素(Cox比例风险模型)生存分析显示食管鳞癌CD105标记的MVD和cyclinD1是独立的预后因素(P<0.05)。结论 CD105和cyclinD1在食管鳞癌中高表达。单、多因素分析显示CD105标记的MVD和cyclinD1是影响预后的主要因素,且有独立的预后意义。Purpose To investigate the clinicopathologic significance of microvessel density(MVD)marked with CD105 antibody and expression of cyclinD1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC),and to evaluate their prognostic value.Methods The expression of CD105 and cyclinD1 in 80 cases of ESCC were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the average MVD assessed using CD105 antibody was examined by computer.Results The average MVD assessed using CD105 antibody in 80 cases of ESCC and 10 normal esophageal tissues were 36.363±8.227 and 9.900±2.331,respectively.The average MVD in the ESCC was much higher than that in normal esophageal tissues(P0.01).The positive rate of cyclinD1 in 80 cases of ESCC was 61.25%.The MVD values marked with CD105 and the positive rate of cyclinD1 were positively correlated lymph node metastasis and TNM staging(P0.01),The univariate analysis by the logrank test showed that CD105 and cyclinD1 were significant individual prognostic factors.Multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis appeared that CD105 and cyclinD1 were independent prognostic factors.Conclusions CD105 and cyclinD1 are higherly expressed in ESCC than that in normal esophageal tissues.The univariate and multivariate analysis show that CD105 and cyclinD1 are major independent prognostic factors.
