摘  要:目的研究航天特因环境下郁证大鼠模型海马形态的变化。方法采用经典抑郁模型,从海马形态学研究航天郁证,具体考察大鼠海马组织CA1、CA2、CA3、CA4区形态学变化。结果海马病理切片显示,大鼠海马CA1区锥体细胞偶见散在的胞体固缩,深染或胞质溶解、空泡变性。CA4区可见少量锥体细胞胞体固缩,深染。海马齿状回细胞未见明显病变。结论航天特因环境下郁证可能导致海马CA1和CA4神经元的改变。Purpose To study the change of the morphology of hippocampus in experimental depression rats under the space environment.Methods The CA1,CA2,CA3 and CA4 regions of hippocampus were investigated in the classic depression model rats by morphologic method.Results Pathologic anatomy of the hippocampus showed that the neurons of the CA1 region had sparse body pyknosis,cytoplasm dissolution,and vacuolar degeneration;body pyknosis and intensely stained nuclei were also occasionally seen in the CA4 region,but not in the dentate wind region.Conclusions The astronaut depression may give rise to the change of the neurons in CA1 and CA4 regions of the hippocampus.
