摘  要:目的:根据三维牙颌数据,设计制作改良式种植外科引导模板,并对模板应用效果进行评价。方法:对上颌中切牙缺损的患者进行CT扫描和数据重建,设计种植体位置。根据种植体方向设计可配合的两个隧道及导向杆,以准确引导Anthogyr系统球钻、先锋钻及各级裂钻。依据采集到的数据采用快速成型技术制作成树脂模板并引导种植。应用Surfacer软件对患者应用模板后种植体的CT重建数据与术前设计进行对比评估。结果:完成改良式种植引导模板的设计,树脂模板就位良好,种植体植入顺利,植入方向与术前设计方位一致。Objective:This study was aimed to design a modified surgical guide basing on the three-dimensional reconstruction of jaw bone data,which will guide drills step by step. Furthermore,clinical effectiveness of the template was primarily evaluated. Method:The CT scan was performed on the patient whose upper central incisors were absent. Basing on the data,three-dimensional model were reconstructed and the location of implant was determined. The location plate and two tubes that can be assembled were designed to realize guidance for drills of Anthogyr implant system. Consequently the guide rod was made to ascertain the accurate direction of the implant in a later stage. All data we obtained were output to make to resin template using rapid prototype technology. Finally,the positions of implant before and after operation were compared to evaluate the effectiveness of template. Result:The template we designed can take its place accurately. The direction of the implant after operation by using template was accordant with the anticipated design. Conclusion:The designed surgical guide basing on Anthogyr implant system may obtain accurate guidance for dental implant.
