摘　　要：目的:对固定正畸治疗患者的口腔卫生状况进行治疗前、治疗中及治疗后的追踪观察,探讨固定正畸治疗与患者口腔卫生状况之间的关系。方法:对83例正畸患者在正畸治疗前、治疗后第一个月和第三个月、治疗结束后一个月进行口腔卫生检查。采用Turesky菌斑指数改良法记录UR6、LL6、UL3、LR3、UR1、LL16个牙齿近中面、远中面、唇(颊)面、舌(腭)面的菌斑指数。采用秩和检验对治疗前的牙菌斑指数(T1)与治疗后一个月(T2)、治疗后三个月(T3)及治疗结束后一个月(T4)的牙菌斑指数进行比较。结果:进行系统口腔卫生健康教育后前牙和左下第一磨牙(LL6)颊面治疗前与治疗后一个月(T1-T2)、治疗前与治疗后三个月(T1-T3)的菌斑指数评价结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。右上第一磨牙(UR6)及左下第一磨牙(LL6)的菌斑指数评价结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗前与治疗结束后一个月(T1-T4)全部指标牙位的菌斑指数评价结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在粘接固定矫治器初期阶段患者的口腔卫生状况变差,但随着患者对矫治器的适应及刷牙方法的掌握,口腔卫生逐渐改善。治疗结束后,由于患者养成良好的刷牙习惯,口腔卫生状况优于治疗前的口腔卫生状况。Objective：The purpose of this study was to investigate the oral hygiene of patients before,during and after orthodontic treatment with fixed appliancers and to analyse the relationship between the orthodontic treatment and the oral hygien. Method：Eighty-three patients were enrolled in this clinical study. Dental paque was evaluated by using the Turesky modification of the Quigley and Hein plaque index （PI）. Four areas （ buccal,lingual,diatal,mesial）around UR6, LL6,UL3,LR3,UR1 and LL1 were scored before the the bonding of orthodontic appliances,one month and three monthes after the treatment,one month after the debonding of appliances. Nonparametric statistical methods was used to compare the PI at the beginning,during and after the orthodontic treatment. Result：the system of oral health education at a fixed orthodontic patients before treatment and one month after treatmen（tT1-T2）,three months before treatment and after treatment（T1-T3） of the plaque staining index of evaluation results was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Before treatment and one month after the end of treatment（T1-T4）plaque staining index of evaluation results are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The bonding of fixed orthodontic appliances increased dental plaque accumulation and limitations in access. But during the treatment,the patients got used to the wearing of applianecs and gradually learned how to clean tooth. After the treatment,the oral hygiene was better than the beginnig,because the patients had developed a good oral hygiene regimens during the orthodontic treatment.
