摘  要:目的:探讨模拟口内冷热循环刺激对两种表面瓷修补树脂粘结强度的影响。方法:分别制作20个镍铬合金试件和烤瓷试件,采用Clearfil Repair瓷修补系统进行粘接修复。镍铬合金试件随机分A、B组,烤瓷试件随机分C、D组。B、D组经5000次冷热循环(5℃和55℃)。测定各组试件的剪切粘接强度,观察断裂模式。结果:剪切强度C、D组显著高于A、B组,A组显著高于B组,C、D组间无显著性差异。断裂模式:A、B组全部表现为粘结破坏,C、D组主要为发生于瓷层内的内聚破坏,少数为混合破坏。扫描电镜观察:冷热循环后,树脂-金属断裂面的树脂残留明显减少,树脂-瓷断裂面仍见明显树脂突及瓷层折裂。结论:树脂-瓷的粘接强度显著高于树脂-金属的粘接强度,模拟口内冷热循环刺激对树脂-金属的粘结强度具有显著性影响。Objective:To study effects of simulating intra-oral thermocycling to bond strengths of porcelain repairing on two surfaces.Method:Twenty Ni-Cr alloy specimens and twenty porcelain fused metal specimens were fabricated.With the use of Clearfil Repair kits,specimens' surfaces were bonded to composite resin cylinders.Ni-Cr alloy specimens and PFM specimens were randomly divided into A,B groups and C,D groups respectively.Then,specimens of group B and group D were thermocycled at 5 °C to 55 °C for 5000 cycles.After that,the shear bond strengths between surfaces and resins were measured and the fracture surfaces were evaluated.Result:Group C and group D showed significant higher shear bond strength than that of group A and group B,group A had significant higher shear bond strength than that of group B,and the shear bond strength of group C didn't statistically show different from that of group D.Using the optical microscope,all specimens of group A and group B revealed adhesive failures,whereas those of group C and group D predominantly revealed cohesive failures in the porcelain layer.After thermocycling,SEM images showed that resin-alloy fracture surfaces had less remnants of composite resin,and resin-porcelain fracture surfaces still had lots of small embedded remnants of composite resin and separation in the porcelain layer.Conclusion:The bond strength between porcelain surfaces and resins shows significantly higher than the one between metal surfaces and resins.Simulating intra-oral thermocycling can significantly decrease the bond strengths between metal surfaces and resins.
