无牙颌全口义齿咬合重建的关键问题

摘　　要：伴随牙列缺失的是咬合关系的丧失,无牙颌患者采用全口义齿修复的过程也是一个全口咬合重建的过程。咬合重建所涉及到的关于颌位、型选择以及重建的咬合应该满足的要求等关键问题也同样适用于全口义齿。正确理解以上关键问题,在全口义齿修复中正确应用这些概念,对保证全口义齿修复水平,保持口颌系统的健康十分重要。本文就无牙颌全口义齿咬合重建中涉及到的相关问题进行了探讨,以期对全口义齿临床修复起到一定的促进作用。With the losing of articulation, mastication functions of full edentulous patients are severely compromised. Since the treatment of full edentulism is also a process of full mouth occlusion rehabilitation, those critical factors, such as jaw relations, occlusal schemes and requirements on occlusion, are imperative to occlusal reconstruction with full dentures. Comprehensive understanding and proper application of these factors of occlusion rehabilitation are mandatory to the clinical outcome of the prosthesis and the health of the stomatognathic system. This article tries to make a discussion on some important influencing factors related to the occlusal rehabilitation of full edentulism with conventional complete dentures, based on which clinical outcome of rehabilitation are expected to be improved.
