摘　　要：应用模糊综合评价方法,借助问卷调查确定企业创新能力7项一级指标、28项二级创新能力指标,构建了技术创新能力综合评价体系。结合济南市长清区某集团进行实际调查,对目标层技术创新综合能力进行评价,得出综合评价结果。This paper applied fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,used a questionnaire survey to determine 7 primary indicators,28 secondary indicators of enterprise innovation capability,constructed a comprehensive evaluation system for technological innovation ability.Combining with one group of Jinan City Changqing District in an actual survey,it evaluated technological innovation capability of the target layer,obtained the results of the group＇s innovation ability.
