微型平导与Nance弓结合矫治深覆的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨研究微型平导与Nance弓结合后矫治深覆的临床效果。方法将微型平导与Nance弓结合制作成整体的固定装置应用于需增强支抗而配合欠佳的深覆患者,在矫治前后摄X线头颅定位侧位片,对相关数值的变化进行分析。结果矫治后SNA没有改变,SNB增长3.34°,ANB减少3.32°,前面高增加2.57mm,后面高增加1.66mm。覆减少了2.59mm,打开咬合效果较快。结论本装置能够有效刺激后牙升高增加前下面部垂直高度,是一种快速有效地打开咬合和加强支抗的方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of a treatment plan for poor cooperation patients with deep overbite treated with mini bite palate combined with Nance arch. Methods 16 poor cooperation patients with deep overbite had been treated with mini bite palate combined with Nance arch for 3 months. Before and after treatment, the lateral cephalometric radiographs of all patients were measured. Results After treatment,SNA didnt change. SNB increased by 3.34 degree. ANB decreased by 3.32 degree. Anterior face height increased by 2.57mm. Posterior face height increased by 1.66mm. Overbite decreased by 2.59mm . Conclusions Mini bite palate combined with Nance arch could effectively elongate posterior teeth and increase the height of low face. So this method is an effective way to open bite and strengthen anchorage.
