摘　　要：本文利用委托代理理论,以高新技术企业家为研究出发点,对高新技术企业在企业家财富、经营能力等方面分析后认为,高新技术企业在创立新企业时,通过提升技术研究、经营能力等可以增加企业融资的可获得性。With the theory of principal-agent, the paper discusses high-tech entrepreneurs and studies why high-teeh enterprises are hard to finance by study of business investors, wealth of entrepreneurs and viability. The paper shows that the high-tech enterprises of creation through technology and improved, management capability can increase their availability of financing.
