阴道镜诊断早期宫颈癌与癌前病变的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道镜诊断早期宫颈癌及癌前病变的临床价值。方法对2008年1月至2010年1月在韶关市第一人民医院阴道镜下活检患者564例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果阴道镜检查对癌前期病变和早期宫颈癌诊断的敏感度为80.00%(116/145),特异度为91.65%(384/419),阳性预测值为76.82%(116/151),阴性预测值为92.75%(384/414)。阴道镜对宫颈高级别病变的检出率高于低级别病变的检出率。结论阴道镜诊断早期宫颈癌与癌前病变具有很高的临床价值。Objective To discuss the clinical value of lens diagnosis early clerical cancer and vagina pre-cancerous.Methods On January 2008 to January 2010 in the first people＇s hospital of Shaoguan,vaginal microscopically biopsy clinical 564 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results The sensitivity of checking of precancerous lesions and early diagnosis by colposcopy cervical was 80.00% （116/145）,specificity was 91.65% （384/419）,positive predictive value was 76.82% （116/151）,negative predictive value was 92.75% （384/414）.High levels of vaginal cervical disease than a low level of the detection rate of lesions.Conclusion Early cervical cancer diagnosed with vaginal mirror pre-cancerous high clinical value.
