麝香保心丸对短暂性脑缺血发作患者——脑梗死发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨麝香保心丸是否可以阻止短暂性脑缺血发作患者发生脑梗死。方法采取随机分组的方法将198例分为麝香保心丸组、阿斯匹林组和联合治疗组，分别给予麝香保心丸和阿斯匹林进行治疗，并随访1年，至少行2次头部CT检查并记录结果。结果最后完成观察195例，共出现脑梗死40例，总发生率20．5％。麝香保心丸与阿斯匹林联合治疗组脑梗死发生率远低于单用麝香保心丸组和单用阿斯匹林组（P〈0．05）。结论麝香保心丸联合阿斯匹林可以有效防止TIA患者急性脑梗死的发生。Objective To study musk guarantees heart pill whether can prevent transient ischemic attacks with cerebral infarction Methods Take a random group of 198 cases are divided into musk pill group, aspirin and combination therapy group, respectively musk pill and aspirin for treatment, and follow-up for 1 year, at least 2 times a head CT and recording.
