摘　　要：设备的大修质量会直接影响企业的正常运行,结合钢铁企业设备大修的特点,探讨了项目管理方法在计划与进度控制中的应用。借助项目管理软件Project,绘制大修项目甘特图,采用关键路径法实现项目进度计划的优化;应用挣值分析法,计算和监控各指标变化,实现了大修项目按照预定成本、进度和质量的顺利完成。Equipment overhaul quality has great effect on production operations.With characteristics of equipment overhaul in steel enterprises,project management techniques are applied to optimize the overhaul process for a case problem in a steel enterprise.With the help of software package ＂Project＂,Gantt charts are drawn so that an optimal schedule for the overhaul process is obtained by using critical path method.Also,cost for completing the overhaul is minimized by using earned value analysis.In this way,the equipment overhaul for this company is completed according to the expected cost,time,and quality.
