摘  要:选用黄瓜种子含油量有显著差异的3个品种,即华南型Ma7、华北型M6和华北型M12配制杂交组合(Ma7×M6、Ma7×M12),并构建2个杂交组合的5世代群体(P1、P2、F1、B1、B2和F2),用衍生法测定黄瓜种子含油量,探讨其遗传规律。结果显示,含油量次数分布显示2个组合的B1、B2和F2群体均呈现连续分布且出现多峰或单峰偏态,表现为主基因+多基因的数量遗传特征。多世代联合分析显示:2个组合的最佳遗传模型均为D-3模型,即1对完全显性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型;F2群体主基因遗传率为5.43%~36.79%,多基因遗传率为14.53%~44.45%,说明在黄瓜种子含油量的遗传体系中,微效多基因也具有重要作用,黄瓜种子高含油量育种应在高世代进行选择。To study the inheritance of seed oil content in three cucumber varieties,Southern China type Ma7,Northern China types M6 and M12,the crosses of Ma7×M6 and Ma7×M12,and six related populations,such as,P1,P2,F1,B1,B2 and F2,from both crosses were investigated by derivatization method.The frequency of oil content in B1,B2 and F2 populations displayed one asymmetry peak distribution or multimodal distribution,indicating that seed oil content followed a major gene plus polygene quantitative inheritance.The results of joint segregation analysis suggested that oil content in seeds was controlled by a pair of complete dominant major gene plus additive-dominance polygenes(D-3 model) in the two crosses.The major gene heritability was 5.43%-36.79% and polygene heritability was 14.53%-44.45% in F2 generations in two crosses.Results demonstrated that polygenes had played an important role in determining the oil content in cucumber seeds,and it would be more efficient to conduct selection in high-generation for high oil content breeding.
