摘　　要：目的观察和分析Verisyse人工晶状体治疗高度近视的效果及其并发症。方法高度近视13例19眼,术前平均球镜度数(-19.3±4.7)D,平均柱镜度数(-1.62±1.0)D,行Verisyse人工晶状体置入术,观测术前及术后裸眼视力、屈光度、眼压、角膜内皮计数、术中和术后并发症。结果术后3个月裸眼视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力,术后3个月平均角膜内皮计数较术前略减少,但无统计学差异(P>0.05),平均眼压与术前无统计学差异(P>0.05)。2眼术中虹膜根部出血,1眼术中虹膜微小穿孔,2眼术后一过性眼压升高,1眼术后人工晶体两次脱位。结论 Verisyse人工晶状体矫治高度近见恢复快,效果显著,早期开展可见一些并发症。Methods To observe and analyze the effects and complications in implanting Verlsyse intraocular lens （IOL） to treat high myopia of phakie eyes. Methods Thirteen patients（ 19 eyes） suffering from high myopia underwent operations. The average sphere diopter was （ - 19.3 ±4.7） D and cylinder diopter was （ - 1.62 ± 1.0） D. One Vefisyse IOL was implanted in each eye. Naked visual acuity, intraocular pressure（ IOP）, counts of corneal epithelia and complications were observed. Results Three months after operation, the naked visual acuity returned to the best correct visual acuity before operation. The average counts of corneal epithelia decreased slightly after operation, but the difference was not significant statistically（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between the IOPs before and 3 months after the operation （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The roots of iris bled in 2 eyes, and one case of perforation in iris occurred in one eye during the operation. Temporary high IOP occurred in 2 eyes and two cases of dislocation of the IOL occurred in 1 eye postoperatively. Conclusions High myopia can be treated by implantation of Verisyse IOL. The patients recover fast and the efficacy is significant. However, some complications may occur during and after the operation.
