摘  要:目的研究低氘水(deuterium depleted water,DDW)对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法将24只ICR小鼠分为正常对照组、衰老模型组、低氘水实验组;衰老模型组与低氘水实验组颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老模型;正常对照组、衰老模型组饮用普通水,低氘水实验组饮用低氘水。7周后获取小鼠心、脑、肝、血清等组织测定总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、单胺氧化酶(MAO)的活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量的差异。结果低氘水实验组较衰老组小鼠血清中SOD活力增高,MDA降低;心肌组织中SOD活力增高,MAO活力、MDA含量降低;脑组织中Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活力、T-AOC均增高,MDA减少;肝脏组织中SOD、GSH-Px活力均增高,MAO活力、MDA含量降低。结论低氘水对于衰老模型小鼠抗氧化能力有一定正性调节作用。Objective To study the antioxidant effect of the deuterium depleted water on D - galactose induced aging mouse models. Methods Twenty-four male ICR mice were equally divided into three groups: normal control group, aging model group and experimental group. The models of mouse aging were developed by continual intraperitoneal injection of D - galactose. Mice in the ex- perimental group drank deuterium depleted water and the other two groups drank tap water. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD), glutathione peroxidase ( GSH - Px), T - AOC, and Na^+-K^+-ATP ase monoamine oxidase (MAO) in the serum, liver and myocardial tissues of the mice were measared after seven weeks. Results In the experimenal group, the levels of SOD, T - AOC, GSH - Px, and Na^+-K^+-ATP were significantly higher than those in D - galactose induced aging group. The MDA content and the activity of MAO were lower than those in the aging group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The deuterium depleted water greatly improves the effect of antioxidation on the D - galactose induced aging mouse model.
