前列腺良恶性病变中P504S、P63、CK34βE12表达的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨P504S、P63、CK34βE12在前列腺良恶性病变诊断和鉴别诊断中的意义。方法采取免疫组化方法,对115例前列腺不同病变进行了P504S、P63、CK34βE12标记。结果 P504S在32例前列腺癌中全部呈阳性表达,10例高级别前列腺上皮内瘤(prostatic intraepithelial neoplasm,PIN)有2例呈灶状阳性表达,8例低级别PIN及65例良性前列腺增生皆呈阴性表达;P63、CK34βE12在32例前列腺癌皆呈阴性表达,在10例高级别PIN、8例低级别PIN及65例良性增生中,P63均呈阳性表达。CK34βE12在10例高级别PIN有1例阴性表达。结论 P504S、P63、CK34βE12的联合应用对前列腺良恶性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断具有十分重要的意义。Objective To study the diagnostic and differential diagnostic significance of P504S, 1763, and CK34βE12 in benign and maglitant prostate lesions. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to stain P504S, P63, and CK34βE12 in 115 specimens of different prostate lesions. Results P504S staining was positive in all the 32 cases of prostatic adenocarcinoma, focally positive in 2 of the 10 cases of high PIN, and negative in 8 cases of low PIN and all the 65 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. 32 patients with prostatic adenocarcinoma were negative for P63 and CK34βE12. Postive expression of P63 was found in the 10 eases of high PIN, 8 cases of low PIN and 65 cases of BPH. The expression of CK34βE12 was negative in I of the 10 high PIN cases. Conclusions Combined detection of P504S, P63, and CK34βE12 is very important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostate lesions.
