新医改对大型公立医院的影响及对策研究

摘　　要：大型公立医院作为卫生系统的排头兵,新医改实施方案对大型公立医院的影响可谓首当其冲。本文从分析新医改对大型公立医院将会产生的影响入手,指出大型公立医院应抓住时机,利用自身的优势,调整医院的发展策略,重新对医院进行定位,迎接新医改实施方案对医院带来的挑战。After the new medical and health reform implementation program was published, large - scale public hospital as the vanguard of the health system received the height attention of whole society. Large - scale public hospital bear the brunt of the impact from the implementation of new medical reform program, so this paper analysis the new medical reform bring the influence to the large - scale public hospitals, and pointed out that the large public hospitals should seize the opportunity, use their own advantages, re -positioning the hospital timely, adjust the hospital＇ s development strategy in order to meet the challenges of the new medical reform to the hospital.
