摘　　要：目的了解广州居民的饮水现状以及对饮水的态度和认识,为科学饮水提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对广州市居民随机抽样进行饮水健康调查。结果收回问卷384份。显示所调查的人群喝水量偏少,但大多数人懂得喝水对健康有益,并且口渴时首选白开水。同时饮水不足时大多数人会产生各种不适的感觉。结论不健康的饮水习惯可能会导致多种疾病,应教育人群科学饮水。Objective To understand the current situation of drinking water for residents of Guangzhou and the attitude and awareness of drinking water, provide the basis for the science of drinking water. Methods A questionnaire survey of randomly selected residents of Guangzhou city about health knowledge of drinking water. Results 384 questionnaires were recovered. It showed that the amount of people drinking is too few, but most people know how to drink plenty of water good for your health, and preferred plain water when thirsty. At the same time when the majority of people lack drinking water, will produce all kinds of discomfort. Conclusion Unhealthy drinking habits may lead to various diseases; people should be educated scientific water drinking.
