谷氨酸硫酸镧固体配合物的合成、性质及抗癌活性

摘　　要：合成了新的谷氨酸硫酸镧固体配合物，并确定了该配合物的组成为Ｌａ２（Ｇｌｕ）４（ＳＯ４）３·８Ｈ２Ｏ．并对其荧光光谱、摩尔电导及抗癌活性进行了研究．结果表明，该配合物对Ｋ５６２（红白血病）。Lanthanum sulfate complex with glutamic acid was synthesized.The formula of La 2(Glu) 4 (SO 4) 3·8H 2O was satisfactorily confirmed by the results of chemical analysis ,elemental analysis,IR spectra and thermal analysis,etc.The fluorescence spectra and molar conductivity of the complex were studied.The antitumor activity of the complex in vitro has been evaluated.The complex exhibits remarkable antitumor activity against K 562 ,H 22 and SW 480 .
