摘　　要：在分析国内外高校复合型拔尖人才培养现状的基础上,结合合肥工业大学"论文写在产品上、研究做在工程中、成果转化在企业里"的办学特色,从教学体系、管理体系、激励制度等方面提出复合型拔尖人才培养新模式,为探索具有合肥工业大学特色的复合型拔尖人才本科培养体系提出可行方案。The status quo of the interdisciplinary top-notch talent training in universities at home and abroad is analyzed firstly. Then, aiming at the characteristics of ＂paper written on the products, research done in the project, the achievement transformed into enterprise＂ in Hefei University of Technology（HFUT）, and from the perspectives of teaching system, management system and incentive institution, a new mode for interdisciplinary top-notch talent training is put forward, which provides a feasible option for training the interdisciplinary top-notch talents with HFUT＇s characteristics.
