Biological Dose Assessment by Analyses of Chromosomal Aberrations in Three Victims Accidentally Exposed to ^(192)Ir Gamma-Rays

摘  要:应用外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变分析方法,对2005年10月苏州某单位192Ir放射源辐射事故中3例急性放射皮肤损伤患者的染色体畸变进行了分析并对生物剂量进行了估算。结果表明,"A"、"B"和"C"3例受照者依据"双+环"数/细胞估算的剂量分别为0.25、0.20和0.29Gy,与用物理方法估算的全身平均剂量基本一致。提示染色体畸变分析是非常可靠的生物剂量估算方法。Biological dose assessment was performed through chromosomal aberration analysis for three victims exposed accidentally to 192Ir gamma-rays in Jiangsu Province,China.The individual radiation dose was estimated by the yields of dicentrics plus rings (dic+r).The results showed that the equivalent whole body doses based on the standard dose-response curves established by the analyses of dic+r were estimated to be 0.25 (victim A),0.20 (victim B) and 0.29 Gy (victim C),respectively.These doses were very consistent with the mean doses calculated from physical measurement and conformable to the clinical diagnosis.The results suggested that the analyses of chromosomal aberrations are an extremely reliable method in biological dosimetry.
