摘 要:采用摩托车轮胎模态测试系统,通过时域和频域相结合的方法提取摩托车轮胎模态参数,并将测试结果与轿车轮胎进行对比。结果表明,摩托车轮胎的第1阶固有频率高于轿车轮胎;径向激振的各阶模态振型形状按模态阶次变化的规律性很强,并且关于轴对称(切向响应第1阶振型除外);径向激振的径向响应模态特性与轿车斜交轮胎相似;在相同频率下径向激振的径向响应与切向响应振型不完全一致。The mode parameters of motorcycle tire were collected by combining the time domain and frequency domain of the testing system,and compared with those of passenger car tire.The results showed that the natural frequency of motorcycle tire at first stage was higher than that of passenger car tire;at each stage the mode shape of motorcycle tire under radial excitation was highly influenced by mode stage variation,and was axially symmetric(except first stage in tangential response);radial response mode feature of motorcycle tire under radial excitation was similar with that of car bias tire;the mode shapes of radial response and tangential response of motorcycle tire under radial excitation were different at same frequency.
