摘　　要：介绍了一种基于BF561的智能视频监控器的设计和实现。给出了系统的总体结构、系统各部分的硬件组成以及系统的主要算法和软件实现。测试结果表明,本设计具有良好的实时性、稳定性和准确性,可用于视频监控业务。The design and implementation of intellectualized video surveillance equipment based on BF561 platform was introduced. The system structure and the hardware of the system were introduced, then the algorithm and the software were presented. The experiment result proves that the design has better real-time performance, stability and accuracy. So that it can be used in video supervisory business.
