摘　　要：目的通过对105例子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜下诊治的回顾性分析,探讨宫腔镜诊断及治疗子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法回顾性分析2006年7月～2008年6月该院宫腔镜检查并经病检结果证实为子宫内膜息肉的105例病例。结果所有患者均在门诊经宫腔镜手术完成子宫内膜息肉的诊断,93.3%完成子宫内膜息肉的治疗,无手术并发症发生。结论通过宫腔镜检及定位下搔刮或活检钳对子宫内膜息肉患者的诊断和治疗安全、有效。[Objective]To investigate the value of hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps. [Methods] 105 cases who had hysteroscopic surgery from July 2006 to June 2008 were retrospectively reviewed of endometrial polyps by the pathologic results. [Results]All these cases were diagnosed as EP by diagnostic hysteroscopies, 93.3% （98/105） patients were treated by therapeutic hysteroscopic surgeries at the same time. No complication happened.[Conclusions]The diagnose and treatment can be performed in EP patients by hysteroscopic surgery. The procedure is safe and effective.
