摘　　要：目的探讨Tiam-1和MMP-2在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测39例喉鳞癌组织及癌旁正常组织中Tiam-1和MMP-2的表达。结果 Tiam-1和MMP-2在喉鳞癌组织中的表达高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01)。在癌组织中Tiam-1与肿瘤的临床分期、T分期及有无淋巴结转移有关,而与肿瘤的病理分级及解剖分型无关。在癌组织中MMP-2与肿瘤的临床分期、T分期及有无淋巴结转移有关,而与肿瘤的病理分级及解剖分型无关。结论 Tiam-1和MMP-2可能与肿瘤的侵袭、转移相关,对喉癌的诊断、预后和治疗具有重要参考意义。【Objective】To study the expression and significance of 39 Tiam-1,MMP-2 in human carcinoma of larynx.【Method】The expression of Tiam-1,MMP-2 in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were investigated by immunohistochemical staining.【Results】 Expression of Tiam-1,MMP-2 was higher in laryngeal carcinoma tissues than that in paracancerous normal tissues（P 0.01）.Expression of Tiam-1 was correlated with TNM classification,T stage,lymph node metastasis,but not with the pathologic stage,tumor site.Expression of MMP-2 was correlated with TNM classification,T stage,lymph node metastasis,but not with the pathologic stage,tumor site.【Conclusion】Tiam-1,MMP-2 may be correlated with invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma,and it is feasible for diagnosis,treatment.
