摘　　要：目的:探讨术中腹腔热灌注化疗,对中晚期胃癌术后复发及生存率的影响。方法:回顾分析2004-2006年收治的进展期胃癌患者的资料,术中腹腔内温热灌注化疗(HIIC)作为实验组,单一手术治疗为对照组。治疗后随访3年,对比观察疗效及生存率。结果:比较两组的局部复发率、远处转移率及生存率等指标,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术中行HIIC可以降低胃癌术后复发率,提高生存率,腹腔温热灌注是安全可行的。Objective To investigate the effects of hyperthermic intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy （HIIC） on the recurrence and survival rate of middle and late stage of gastric cancer. Methods Data from patients with advanced gastric cancer from 2004 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients received HIIC were included as experimental group, while those received single surgical treatment as control group. After 3 years of follow-up, the efficacy and survival rate between the two groups were compared. Results The local recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate, and survival rate in phase Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ were different between the two groups （P 0.05）. Conclusion HIIC is an effective and safe method in reducing the recurrence and increasing the survival rate of gastric cancer.
