师范大学生心理压力感影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析师范大学生心理压力感的影响因素,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用《大学生心理压力感问卷》,评估大学生心理压力感的水平并分析影响因素。结果大学生总体心理压力感水平适中,就业心理压力感和学业压力感水平相对较高,经济与地位压力感和体能与生活压力感相对较低;大学女生的人际交往压力感和就业心理压力感明显高于男生(t=2.024,P<0.05;t=2.956,P<0.001);文科学生的经济与地位压力感和就业心理压力感明显高于理科学生(t=2.768,P<0.05,t=4.152,P<0.0001);大一学生的人际交往压力感水平明显高于大三和大四年级学生(P<0.05);大四学生的学业压力感水平明显低于其他3个年级(P<0.05);大二和大三学生的就业心理压力感明显高于大一和大四(P<0.05);大一学生的总体心理压力感明显高于大四学生(P<0.05)。结论大学生的总体心理压力感存在明显的专业和年级差异,性别及城乡差异不明显。Objective To analyze impacting factors of stress among university students and to provide substantial evidence for mental health education in universities.Methods A newly developed inventory of psychological stress for university students was adopted for the evaluation of stress.The differences between gender,majors and grades were examined.Results The students＇ total stress was at moderate level.The students had higher scores in job-hunting stress and academic stress,but relatively lower scores in social position and wealth stress,physical condition,and living stress.Female students showed markedly higher stress level than male students in both social communication stress and job-hunting stress（t =2.024,P 0.05;t =2.956,P 0.001）.Students majoring in liberal arts had significantly higher scores of social position and wealth stress,and job-hunting stress than that of the students in science majors（t = 2.768,P 0.05,t = 4.152,P 0.000 1）.Freshmen demonstrated higher social communication stress than juniors and seniors.Seniors＇ academic stress was significantly lower than that of students of other grades（P 0.05）.Both sophomores and juniors manifested higher jobhunting stress than freshmen and seniors（P 0.05）.Freshmen＇s total stress was significantly higher than that of seniors（P 0.05）.Conclusion There are significant differences in total stress between normal studets with different major and in different grade,and there is no significant difference between students of different genders and from different living area.
