摘　　要：目的 评价新型冲洗式泪道探针治疗新生儿泪囊炎的疗效.方法 对222例新生儿泪囊炎应用新型冲洗式泪道探针行泪道探通术,随访3个月至2年.结果 222例（246只眼）全部治愈.其中一次治愈204只眼占82.93%,2次治愈39只眼占15.85%,3次治愈3只眼占1.22%.结论 新型冲洗式泪道探针对新生儿泪囊炎的治疗效果肯定,患儿最佳治疗时间应选择在2个半月至4个月之间.Objective To estimate the effect of probing of lacrimal passage to treat neonatorum dacryocystitis.Methods Lavaging lacrimal probe was used to treat 222 cases neonatorum dacryocystitis and followed up for 3 months to 2 years.Results All Cases （246 eyes） were healed.In all cases,204 eyes healed at the first time,the Success rate was 82.93%,39 at the second time,15.85%,3 at the third time,1.22%.Conclusions The effect is confirmed that using lavaging lacrimal probe to treat neonatorum dacryocystitis.The optimization time is 2.5 to 4 months.
