摘 要:在江苏太仓塔工程的设计中,考虑到节点的美观和施工质量的控制,提出了一种新型的节点形式。本文对这种节点的力学性能进行了研究,建立了三维有限元分析模型,通过等向强化模型考虑了材料非线性,并利用罚函数法通过试算确定合理的接触刚度和界面摩擦模型,以考虑节点内部连接板件以及螺栓的粘结滑移作用。通过本文的计算分析发现,在设计荷载工况下,节点于相贯线位置出现应力集中现象。当荷载达到2倍设计荷载时,塔柱上出现塑性区,表明节点已经破坏。In the design of JiaugSu Tai Cang Tower, a new connection joint was suggested to solve the problem of structure aesthetics and construction quality. To study the mechanical behavior of the connection joint, a 3 Dfinite element model was proposed in the paper. In the model, the isotropic hardening model was used to consider the nonlinear material performanees. By the trial method, the contact stiffness and friction model can be given, and the penlty function method was used to consider the bond-slip effect of different plates and bolts. From the finite element analysis, it can be seen that there is stress concentration at the intersecting lines of the connection under the design load cases. When the loads increase to the double of the design ones, the plastic areas appear in the pipe columns. It can be condueled that the connection joint has been damaged.
