摘  要:将448只1日龄科宝肉鸡随机分为4个处理,每处理7个重复,每重复16只。分别添加4个水平的木聚糖酶(0、5001、0001、500 U/kg),研究其对肉鸡生产性能、养分利用率及血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加500和1 000 U/kg木聚糖酶可显著提高日增量、蛋白质利用率、能量利用率,并显著降低平均日采食量和料肉比(P<0.05)。添加1 000 U/kg木聚糖酶可显著提高血液中T3、T4、胰岛素和葡萄糖含量(P<0.05)。添加1 500 U/kg木聚糖酶未能显著提高日增量、蛋白质利用率、能量利用率、T3含量和血糖含量。建议在肉鸡玉米-豆粕型日粮中木聚糖酶的添加量为1 000 U/kg,过量添加则对肉鸡生产性能及相关血液指标无明显改善。A total of 448 one day-old Kebao broiler chicks were randomly allocated to four experimental groups with seven replicates of 16 chicks. Four different levels of xylanase (0,500,1 000 and 1 500 U/kg) were added into corn-soybean basal diets and growth performance, nutrition utilization and blood biochemical indieators in broiler chicks were determined. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the presence of xylanase (500 and 1 000 U/kg) could significantly improve average daily mass gain (ADG), protein utilization rate (PUR) and energy utilization rate (EUR)(P〈 0.05), and reduce average feed-intake (AFI) and feed-weight ratio (FWR) (P〈0.05). In addition, the levels of T3, T4, insulin and glucose in blood could be increased by the supplementation of 1 000 U/kg xylanase, respectively (P〈0.05). However, there were no differences existing between control group and 1 500 U/kg xylanase group in terms of ADG, PUR, EUR, T3, T4, and blood glucose (P〉0.05). In conclusion, basal diets. More xylanase a levels of T3,T4 and glucose the 1 000 U/kg of xylanase would be suggested to add to corn-soybean dded in diets would fail to improve ADG, nutrition utilization rate, the in blood.
