摘  要:目的:探讨131碘SPECT/CT融合图像对分化型甲状腺癌进程和去分化的判断价值,以期指导临床治疗。方法:回顾性分析197例次在本院核医学科接受131碘治疗的分化型甲状腺癌患者的影像学资料(131碘断层显像和131碘全身显像)及血浆甲状腺球蛋白,促甲状腺素测定结果。结果:血浆甲状腺球蛋白水平、131碘全身显像、131ISPECT/CT显像在分化型甲状腺癌随访中具有重要的价值,均有较高的灵敏度、特异性和准确度。结论:131碘SPECT/CT融合图像结果,改善了病灶的定位,使对肿瘤分期和预后评价更趋准确,为临床正确施治提供了可靠的帮助。Objective:Explore the 131I SPECT/CT fusion images of differentiated thyroid cancer disease process and to the differentiation of diagnostic value,with a view to guide clinical administering treatment.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed 197 cases of inpatients who received 131I therapy in hospital nuclear medicine department of differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC) with imaging data(131I and 131I whole body SPECT imaging) and plasma Tg(plasma thyroglobulin),TSH determination result.Results:Serum Tg level,131I whole body scintigraphy,131I SPECT/CT imaging is of great value in DTC follow-up,and have very high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.Conclusions:131I SPECT/CT fusion images result of improved lesion location,so that the tumor staging and prognosis evaluation more accurate and properly administering treatment for clinical provide an effective help.
