摘  要:为推广新型绿色电光源无极灯,现设计了一款200W低频无极灯的新型驱动器。采用有源功率因数校正、恒功率控制的半桥逆变的二级式电路,文中分析了其工作原理,给出了参数设计,并搭建了样机。经测试,样机实现了160~264V宽电压输入,功率因数PF≥0.99,总谐波畸变因数THD≤10%,输出功率稳定在200+5W,电路可靠工作。该驱动器为推广无极灯照明,提高照明质量和推进节能减排具有重要意义。In order to popularize the modern green lighting, this article presents a driver for 200W electrodeless lamp which work at lower frequency region. In the article, a two-stage structure circuit is proposed, including active power factor correction circuit and half-bridge inverter circuit of constant power controlling. The paper analyzes the principle of work of electrodeless lamp, provides the design of the parameter, presents the circuit and establishes a driver sample. The sample achieves 160 - 264V wide voltage range input, power factor increased to 0. 99, total harmonic distortion reduced to 10%. Moreover, the output of the diver is appropriate within 200±5W, and the circuit is stable. The design of the driver is useful for popularizing the using of electrodeless lamp, improving the quality of the lighting and saving energy and reducing emissions.
