乳腺癌中p16和Ki67蛋白表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨p16和Ki67在乳腺癌中的表达及其与病理生物学行为的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法检测50例乳腺癌、10例乳腺腺瘤及10例瘤旁正常乳腺组织中p16和Ki67基因蛋白的表达。结果乳腺癌中p16和Ki67蛋白阳性表达率分别为52%和70%。在乳腺癌组p16表达与Ki67呈负相关(r=-0.53,P<0.01),p16与病理分级、分期、转移有关。结论 p16抑癌作用的缺失可能在乳腺癌的发生、发展机制中有作用,检测p 16表达可为乳腺癌的诊断、治疗及预后判断提供参考。Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of p16 and Ki67 proteins as well as their correlations with the pathobiological behaviors of breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of p16 and Ki67 proteins in 50 cases of breast cancer,10 cases of breast adenoma and 10 cases of normal breast tissue,and their relationship were analyzed.Results The positive rate of p16 and Ki67 expression in breast cancer were 52% and 70%,respectively.There existed significant negative correlation between p16 and Ki67 expressionn breast cancer,and p16 expression were associated with metastasis and pathological grades.Conclusion The deactivation of antioncogene p16 may play synergetic roles in the carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer,p16 could be reliable indicator to diagnose,treatment and determine the prognosis of breast cancer.
