骨桥蛋白和CD44v6在鼻咽癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和CD44v6在鼻咽癌中的表达与鼻咽癌临床病理的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法 ,分别检测OPN和CD44v6在45例鼻咽癌组织中的表达。结果①45例鼻咽癌组织中OPN和CD44v6阳性表达率分别为51.1%和57.8%。②鼻咽癌中OPN和CD44v6的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论 OPN和CD44 v6可能在鼻咽癌的发生、进展中起重要作用,联合检测OPN、CD44v6可作为判断鼻咽癌患者预后的重要指标。Objective To explore the expression and role of osteopontin（OPN） and CD44v6 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and analyze the relationship between its expression and clinicopathologic features.Methods The expression of OPN and CD44v6 was studied by immunohistochemistry in 45 cases of OPN and CD44v6 were 51.1%,57.8%,respectively.There was a strong correlation between the expression of OPN and CD44v6 in nasopharyngeal cacinoma,it was obviously related with tumor degree of lymphatic vessel invasion or long distant lymph node metastaseses（P0.05）.Conclusion OPN and CD444v6 may play an important role in the progression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and they may involve in the invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
