股臀部软组织损伤致股外侧皮神经卡压11例分析

摘　　要：目的:观察股外侧皮神经卡压患者的临床特点并探讨致病原因。方法:对11例股外侧皮神经分布区疼痛的患者进行临床特点分析总结。结果:11例患者均为男性,均为单侧发病。均有患侧股前下份及外侧的疼痛伴麻木。查体患侧臀部主要是股骨大转子周围有不同程度及不同部位的压痛。结论:股臀部软组织损伤是导致外侧皮神经卡压的重要原因之一。Object：To observe the clinical features and to explore the cause of the disease of thigh lateral cutaneous nerve entrapment in patients.Methods：The clinical features of the 11 patients were analyzed.Results：All 11 patients were male,suffered from a single side disease.They were suffered from ipsilateral anterior and lateral pain accompanied by numbness. There were the tenderness in ipsilateral hip being mainly around the greater trochanter.Conclusion：Unit hip soft tissue injury were one of the important reasons of the lateral cutaneous nerve entrapment.
