脑梗死偏瘫患者早期康复护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察早期康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复的效果。方法:选择脑梗死偏瘫患者60例,随机分为对照组与康复组各30例,对照组采取常规治疗和一般护理,康复组在对照组的基础上进行早期康复护理。两组在入院第1天和第6周测定肌力和Barthel指数评分。结果:第6周康复组的肌力、Barthel指数评分明显比对照组高,差异具有显著性P<0.01。结论:早期康复护理可促进脑梗死患者的肢体功能恢复,减少患者肢体残疾及提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the early rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of limb function in patients with cerebral infarction results.Methods：60 patients with cerebral infarction with hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and 30 patients in each rehabilitation group.The control group for routine treatment and general care,rehabilitation group in the control group on the basis of early rehabilitation care.Two weeks in the hospital the first day and 10th measured muscle strength and Barthel index scores.Results：The tenth week rehabilitation group of patients with muscular strength,Barthel index score was significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference,P0.01.Conclusions：The early rehabilitation nursing can promote functional recovery of patients with cerebral infarction of the limb to reduce the physically disabled patients and improve the quality of life.
