牙冠延长术的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的对牙冠延长术的临床资料从不同角度进行回顾性分析,以便为开展此类手术提供参考。方法选取郑州市口腔医院牙周科5年间140例牙冠延长术患者从病例来源情况、术牙病因情况、术牙牙位情况、不同手术方式情况、牙龈形态学分类情况、术后即刻效果情况、等多方面进行临床分析。结果以修复科首诊患者需求较多;以牙外伤及死髓牙劈裂病例最多;以上前牙手术最多见;牙龈形态以Ⅱ型较多Ⅰ型较少;临床多采用龈切加翻瓣加骨修整的手术方法 ;术后牙冠即刻延长效果明显。结论牙冠延长术是牙周外科一项重要的技术。Objective To conduct retrospective analysis on clinical data of teeth crown lengthening in order to provide refference for this kind operations.Methods Choose 140 cases in our hospital from March 2004 to March 2009 and conduct clinical analysis on their case resource、pathogenesis、operated teeth location、different operation ways、gingiva morphology,effect,etc.Results The most cases are first time patients,teeth trauma and died teeth pulp,upper ante teeth,gingiva morphology most cases typeⅡ,less typeⅠ,the post operative teeth crown instant lenghtening effect is obvious.Conclusion Teeth crown lenghtening is an important technique in periodontic surgery.
