摘  要:目的研究腺嘌呤制作肾阳虚变应性鼻炎动物复合模型,探讨肾阳虚对变应性鼻炎(AR)的影响。方法分别用糖皮质激素、腺嘌呤和卵清蛋白(0V)建立肾阳虚AR豚鼠复合模型,观察动物鼻部症状、PCA试验、鼻腔黏膜嗜酸细胞计数和肾、睾丸组织学的变化。结果肾阳虚状态下豚鼠对致敏原的应答反应较对照组强烈,运用腺嘌呤造模豚鼠鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕等变应性症状最为突出。结论肾阳虚体质易致AR产生,或协同加重鼻黏膜的变态反应性程度:传统糖皮质激素制作肾阳虚AR模型抑制AR症状欠客观,腺嘌呤制作肾阳虚AR模型是更好选择。Objective To study the adenine production of kidney-yang deficiency model of allergic rhinitis animal compound to explore the deficiency on allergic rhinitis (AR) effects. Methods use glucocorticoids, adenine and ovalbumin (OV) the establishment of AR deficie ncy model guinea pig compound to observe the animals, nasal symptoms, PCA test, nasal mucosal eosinophil count and kidney and testicular histologic changes. Results deficiency state of the allergen response in guinea pigs than the control group response to the strong, using a denine-making model of guinea pig nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and other allergic symptoms of the most prominent. Conclusion deficiency prone to cause physical production, or synergistic increase the degree of allergic nasal mucosa; conventional glucocorticoids irLhibi t production of AR deficiency symptoms of AR models less objective, adenine production deficiency AR model is a better choice.
