我国民办聋儿康复机构现状调查与研究

摘　　要：目的 了解民办聋儿康复教育服务机构现状,为制订民办聋儿康复机构管理扶持的相关政策提供参考依据.方法 向民办聋儿康复教育服务机构发放调查问卷97份,回收64份;组织召开现场座谈会5次,组织有关专家对调研结果进行分析、讨论.结果 通过问卷调查和电话访谈,对民办聋儿康复教育服务机构的基本建设状况、业务开展情况以及经营管理状况有了较为全面的把握.结论 调查报告基本反映了当前我国民办聋儿康复机构的发展现状,并对民办聋儿康复机构的发展提出了应对策略.Objective To examine the current status of privately run rehabilitation programs for hearing-impaired children and to gather data for the government to establish related management and support policies. Methods A total of 97 questionnaires were distributed to the private rehabilitation programs for hearing-impaired children and 64 returned. Five symposiums were organized to analyze and discuss the survey results. Results Through questionnaire surveys and telephone interviews, the general conditions of private programs for hearing- impaired children were learned including the infrastructures, service development and business management. Conclusion The survey report reflects the current status of private rehabilitation programs for hearing-impaired children and puts forward several developmental strategies based on the survey results.
