人工耳蜗适应证评估标准的应用及分析

摘　　要：目的了解低龄听障儿童人工耳蜗（以下简称CI）适应证评估项目的临床应用及意义。方法应用“听力重建启聪行动”项目组制定的CI适应证评估标准，对211例CI候选者逐个进行术前检查和综合评估，汇总筛查结果递交CI技术小组讨论评议，并推荐上报符合CI植入标准的人选。结果211例CI候选者共筛出151例符合标准，15例听力评估不达标，14例智力或精神发育迟滞，9例耳蜗畸形，8例慢性中耳疾病，5例不符合年龄政策。3例多动症，3例有自闭症倾向，2例生长发育低下，1例有心脏病史。结论本项目组制定的CI适应证评估标准内容覆盖面广，操作流程统一规范，评估目的明确，能体现捐赠活动“优中选优”的宗旨，有较强的临床应用价值。Objective To study the clinical criteria for CI candidacy in young hearing- impaired children and to establish thorough assessment criteria for Hearing Restoration project. Methods 211 CI candidates underwent a series of examinations and assessments according to the assessment criteria established by Hearing Restoration Project Group. All the data were presented to the technical panel to determine the appropriate candidacy. Resuits 151 of 211candidates were selected according to the criteria. Among the candidates failed, there were 15 cases who failed in the hearing assessment, 5 cases who did not meet the age requirements, 14 cases with mental retardation, 9 cochlear malformations, 8 chronic middle ear diseases, 3 hyperkinetic syndromes, 3 autism, 2 growth retardation and 1 heart disease. Conciusion The candidacy criteria for CI developed by the project group are comprehensive, normative andconclusive. It is valuable in clinical application and meets the purpose of ＂to make the best choice＂.
