摘　　要：针对企业对高素质、应用型人才的迫切需求及职业素质在大学教育中普遍缺失的现状,西安邮电学院IT应用型人才实训中心搭建校内企业开发环境,采用校企合作联合培养方式,在开展项目实训的过程中对大学生进行职业素质养成教育。本文介绍了这一培养方式的形成、实施条件及管理模式和实现途径。Because high-quality and applied talents is in urgent need and especially Career Competency Education is absent in universities, Xi’an Institute of Posts and Telecommunications Training Center IT constructs enterprise development environment, has joint training of school-enterprise cooperation and carries out the project in the development of quality education students in vocational training. It’s described the methods, conditions, management and implementation approach of the model.
