消癌解毒方配合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察周仲瑛教授"癌毒"理论指导下经长期临床实践的有效抗癌方药——消癌解毒方配合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法:198例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期肿瘤患者分为化疗+中药组(治疗组),单纯化疗组(对照组)。治疗组在化疗同时开始服用消癌解毒中药,连服3个月。结果:治疗组与对照组的近期有效率分别为69.16%、32.05%,化疗完成率分别为97.69%、66.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量、机体免疫功能明显高于对照组,毒副作用低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:消癌解毒方能提高中晚期恶性肿瘤近期临床疗效,减少化疗药物的毒副反应,明显提高患者的生活质量,是一种发展前景较好的抗癌药物。Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of Xiao＇ai Jiedu Prescription combined with chemotherapy on advanced cancer.Methods：198 Cases of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ cancer chemotherapy patients were divided into chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine group （treatment group）,chemotherapy alone group （control group）.The treatment group was given Xiao＇ai Jiedu Prescription during the chemotherapy period,lasted for 3 months. Results：Compared with the control group,short-term effective ratio were 69.38%,32.14%,chemotherapy completion rates were 97.69%,66.36%,difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）.The quality of life and immune function of treatment group were significantly higher,and the toxicity was lower than the control group.Difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：Xiao＇ai Jiedu Prescription raised short-term clinical efficacy for advanced cancer and reduced the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs and significantly improved the quality of life of patients.So,Xiao＇ai Jiedu Prescription was a anticancer drug with good developmental prospects.
