摘　　要：报告1例古老型神经鞘瘤。患者女,59岁。因左胸胁部皮下结节5年就诊。皮肤科检查示左胸胁部一鸡蛋大皮下结节,囊性,活动度好。皮损组织病理检查示表皮下方肿物,无完整包膜,肿瘤以梭形细胞为主,可见较多巨大多核细胞及出血。免疫组化染色示S-100蛋白(+),波形蛋白(vimentin)(+)。符合古老型神经鞘瘤的诊断。A case of ancient type Schwannoma is reported. A 59-year-old female presented with a nodule on her left chest for 5 years. Physical examination showed an egg-sized nodule on her left chest, with skin-colored surface, cyst-solid texture and good mobility. Histological examination showed a tumor in the dennis and subcutaneous tissue with no capsule, which was composed of spindle cells mainly. There were many multinuclear cells and some hemorrhage within the tumor. Immunohistochemical examination showed S-100（＋）and vimentin（＋）.
