头皮浅表型基底细胞癌误诊1例

摘　　要：患者女,57岁。右侧顶部头皮反复破溃渗液5年。皮损组织病理示:核大、浆少的基底样细胞聚集成大小不等的团块状,周边细胞呈栅栏状排列,瘤体与周围组织间存在裂隙。诊断:浅表型基底细胞癌。予头皮肿瘤扩大切除术及植皮术,现已随访4月,恢复良好,无复发。A 57-year-old femule presented with a 5-year-history of ulceration on the right parietal scalp. Histopathologic examination of the lesion showed basuloid cells with scant cytoplasm and large nuclear formed multiple islands, a palisaded periphery was separated from the adjacent stroma by a clefllike space. Superficial basuloma was ascertained. Patient was cured by scalp extended resection and dermoplasty.
