72例部分调节性内斜视的治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童部分调节性内斜视的手术时机与手术量。方法观察72例儿童部分调节性内斜视术前眼位、双眼三级视功能情况、手术量、术后眼位及双眼三级视功能情况。结果 72例中,61例术后正位(≤±8△),正位率84.72%,52例术后获得立体视,占72.2%。发病越早,术前病程越长,术后建立立体视的预后越差。结论当部分调节性内斜视患儿戴全矫镜半年眼位仍不能正位时,应尽早手术,手术量根据戴镜与裸眼视近的平均斜视度决定。Objective To explore timing of operation and surgical extent of pediatric partially accomodative esotropia.Methods Observe the eye position and the three stages of binocular visual function preoperatively and postoperatively,and the surgical volume in the operation of 72 children who had partial accommodative esotropia.Results Among 72 cases,61 cases were orthophoria（≤±8△）,orthotopic rate 84.72%,and 52 cases gained stereopsis postoperatively,accounting for 72.2%.The earlier the disease began and the longer the pathogenesis was,the worse the prognosis for formation of stereopsis postoperatively would be.Conclusions As pediatric partial accommodative esotropia＇s eye position can not be corrected with full correction lens wear in six months,the operation must be taken into consideration as soon as possible.The surgical extent should be determined according to the average angle of strabismus when looking near with and without correction.
