甘肃省视力低下中小学生屈光状态调查分析

摘　　要：目的对甘肃省低视力中小学生静态屈光情况进行调查研究。方法采用横断面调查设计,对甘肃省6个市县9933人次19866眼静态屈光状态进行采集,用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果高度近视6.75%、中度近视24.13%、低度近视47.44%;高度远视2.68%、中度远视3.19%、低度远视6.55%;正视9.27%。其中低度近视发生率最高。近视最早出现在8岁,平均屈光度逐年增加,各年龄组间不同性别、不同眼别平均屈光度比较差异均有显著性,同一年龄段不同性别、不同眼别平均屈光度差异无统计学意义。结论低度近视是造成甘肃省中小学生视力低下最常见的原因,8岁时平均屈光度已呈近视化,随年龄增长,中高度近视逐渐增加,正视、远视逐渐下降;近视的发生和发展与性别、眼别无关。应加强屈光不正防治工作以减少视力损害。Objective To investigate the static refraction condition among primary and secondary students with low vision in Gansu Province.Methods Using cross-sectional survey design,to collect static refractive data of 19866 eyes among 9933 students in six cities and counties in Gansu Province.The collected data were statistically analysed.Results High myopia is 6.75%,moderate myopia is 24.13%,low myopia is 47.44%;high hyperopia is 2.68%,moderate hyperopia is 3.19%,low-grade hypermetropia is 6.55%;emmetropia is 9.27%.In which the highest incidence is low myopia.Myopia first develops in eight years old students with mean refraction increases every year.Between different age groups,the mean refraction shows apparent difference among different sexes,different eyes.In the same age group the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Low myopia is the primary cause of poor vision for school students in Gansu province.Myopia began at age 8.Following the age incereasing the severity of myopia is kept incereasing,but hypermetropia and emmetropia is kept decereasing.The appearing and developing were not difference among different sexes,different eyes.Refractive problem prevention work should be strengthened to reduce the visual impairment.
