蕲蛇酶对48例脑梗塞的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨从福建武夷山尖吻蝮蛇毒中分离纯化的凝血酶样酶制品──蕲蛇酶对脑梗塞的治疗效果。方法应用蕲蛇酶静滴治疗４８例脑梗塞患者，对血液流变状况及临床疗效进行观察。结果疗效满意，总有效率达８９．５８％。患者的血液流变学状况亦有明显改善，随药量增大而增强。未发现有明显不良反应。结论蕲蛇酶可用于治疗脑梗塞并可预防复发。Objective To study the effects of the treatment of cerebral infarction with Agkistrodon acutus enzyme,a thrombin-like enzyme separated from the venom of Wuyishan Agkistrodon acutus in Fujian of China. Method 48 cases of cerebral infarction were treated with Agkistrodon acutus enzyme intravenously and observated the hemorrheologic indices. Results Total effective rate was 89.58%,and the hemorrheologic improvement of the patients was evident. It showed that the therapeutic effect was significant with increase of doses. No obvious adverse reaction was found.Conclusion The Agkistrodon acutus enzyme may be given to treat the cerebral infarction and prevent its recurrence.
