摘  要:为了研究海藻多糖的生理活性,我们在Ito工艺的基础上建立了简便的分离方法,改良工艺仍有抑瘤效果. 本文同时报导采用乙醇分级沉淀法从鼠尾藻中分离褐藻淀粉,褐藻糖胶和褐藻酸等三种粘多糖的方法,比较了分离条件.从鼠尾藻分离三种粘多糖未见文献报导.得率分别为:褐藻淀粉0.93%,褐藻糖胶1.04%,褐藻酸17.38%.We have fromed a simple and convenient methods of the separation on the basis of Ito technologys in order to study the physiological activity of polysaccharides from algae. The polysaccharides still possess the results of inhibiting cancer cells growth using the improved technologys. This article also report the methods on adopting ethanol sedimentation to separate three kinds of mucopolysaccharides being Laminaran, Fucoidin, Alginic Acid from Sargassum Thunbergii and comparated the Separatical condition.The methods of the separating three kinds of be found reporting in other literatures.The production ratio was Laminaran 0.93%, Fucoidin 1.04%, Alginic Acid 17.38%.
