摘　　要：随着经济的发展和社会的进步,从事休闲体育成为人们现代休闲方式的核心。本文通过对吉林省城市社会各阶层休闲方式的研究,可以了解吉林省城市居民休闲方式的现状与特点,为提高吉林省城市居民的生活质量和身心健康水平提供一定的理论依据和数据支持。With economic development and social progress, Engaging in leisure sports becomes the core of modern leisure. This essay that is based on the research of ways of leisure at different social strata of recent city in Jilln province can make us know present situation and characteristic of ways of leisure at different social strata in Jilin province,and can provide certain theoretical basis and data to improve the quality of life and the level of mental health in urban areas.
