摘　　要：青年教师讲课竞赛决赛评委的评价质量直接影响到赛事的成败。对评委的元评价既可以在经典测量理论的指导下通过描述统计和相关分析的方法进行,也可以在项目反应理论的指导下通过多侧面拉什模型(MFRM)进行。两种元评价方法都密切关注评委评分的信度问题,运用集中量与差异量来刻画评委的评分倾向,虽然各有千秋,但可以互补使用。The evaluation quality of the judges in the final teaching contest of young teachers directly affects the success and failure of the final contest. The meta-evaluation of the judges can be made both by descriptive statistics and correlation analysis under the guidance of classical measurement theory and by MFRM mode under the direction of item response theory. The two meta-evaluation methods are closely watching the reliability of the judges scoring, and the intensive quantity and divergence quantity can be used to describe the tendency of judges scoring. Although each has its advantages, they can complement each other and are used in turn.
